The NWTC website had over 1.2 million page views in the last month and nearly 150,000 users recently. Engagement is solid too. Users are interacting with the site over 8 times per user on average. But when we look at clicks and actions taken, only a fraction are completing key steps.
My Recommendation
There is a real opportunity here. We can help more visitors take that next step! Whether is is applying to a class or just requesting some more information. We could add more “Apply Now” buttons to main pages, simplify program information, or add some quick student testimonials from students who have succeeded in courses.
