Bring Them Back: Retargeting Returning Visitors

Over the past month, the new visitors to the site have been pretty strong. Some weeks have been up around 10,000 new visitors. The return visitors have also been pretty steady but about half. Returning users are more engaged, and this is a great opportunity to connect with them further!

My Recommendation

We can enhance the experience for these returning users by offering personalized content. Highlighting key deadlines, new program updates, or success stories can keep them engaged and motivated to take the next step. Whether it’s actually applying or getting in touch with admissions. Targeted content will make NWTC feel even more relevant to returning visitors. It would increase our chances of converting visitors into future students.
